EcoQuip2 is the Most Versatile Blasting Equipment Available

With Ecoquip2 vapor abrasive injection technology, you can adjust the air pressure, abrasive flow and water dose separately, allowing you to clean substrates that other abrasive blasters would damage or destroy.

Turn the pressure down to 25 psi for cleaning antique metal, wood, fiberglass, soft stone, stucco, and concrete. Crank it up to 170 psi to cut through heavy rust and thick coatings and blast steel down to white metal.

Ecoquip2 is ideal for restoration work, mold remediation and removing graffiti, with ample power to cut through the toughest coatings, antifouling and sludge.

Ecoquip2 works with any media that sinks in water, including garnet, slag, grit, sand, soda, glass, and more.

Dynamic Dust Suppression

Other wet abrasive blasters draw water and abrasive into the blast stream like a carburetor, which wastes water and abrasive and creates a big mess.

Ecoquip2 injects moist abrasive into the airflow - just enough water to suppress dust to the level you need. For additional dust suppression, simply turn up the adjustable water dose.

MediaTrak makes life easy for operators.

Ecoquip 2 takes the guesswork out of field operations with MediaTrak media consumption monitoring.

Once you’ve found the right media settings for the project, simply dial in that MediaTrak number at the start of the day to have consistent blast results, no matter who is at the nozzle.

Less abrasive. Less water.

The EQ2 Elite tank holds 100 gallons (400 L) - enough water for a typical 8-hour day of blasting.
